FIRE RATED SHUTTERS EI 60
The fire rated shutters of Kollias Ltd., after laboratory tests, have been certified as EI2 60, E 120 category B!
This is a big accomplishment for the company as well as the country, since these are the first Greek roller shutters that get this certifications.
It is important to note that all test were carried out at the National Technical University of Athens, so the shutters have been certified at a university level of high standards.
The oven was burning at 1050-1100 Celcius. The external side of the shutter retained temperature lower than 150 Celcius for 60 minutes, and complete integrity for more than 137 minutes.
