NEW STEEL COIL PREPAINTING STATION
Kollias Ltd. produces a wide array of roller shutter profiles. The company has invested into designing and producing a new coil prepainting station, and due to that fact has enforced the verticality and faster production of the finished product.
In combination with the slat forming machines (also designed and produced by Kollias Ltd.) which produce slat by combining two steel coils, it provides the posibility of creating profiles with different colors on each side.
This innovation makes each shutter fully adaptable to each enviroment, by using the respective color on each side.
Additionally, by using white on the inside face, the natural light on the inside of the building is enhanced. This charactaristic only existed in sectional door panels.
Also important to notice, is the possibility of creating slat profiles with prepainted steel on the outside, and galvanized steel on the inside, thus eliminating paint-to-paint friction, and increasing the life cycle of the product.
